Emily specializes in supporting women through their pregnancy and post-natal journey. She often gets asked by clients whether a total yoga and wellbeing approach is for them, therefore has provided extra detail below. All private and group yoga classes are online and live practiced in the comfort of your own home, via Zoom – it is super simple!

PREGNANCY YOGA

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Come along to these nourishing and informative classes to  alleviate aches and pains, work towards a positive, focused birth experience and connect with your baby.  For those in their first, second or third trimester to strengthen, stretch & support your mind & body for a positive pregnancy & birth. We practice both up and down breathing, as well as visualizations and affirmations to support you in creating a positive birthing experience. Emily is trained to support clients with contraindications too, therefore don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns.

POST-NATAL YOGA

Amazing, you’ve had a baby! Come along to these energizing and comforting classes to calm the mind, build strength, alleviate aches and pains, as well as join a community of other mummas. It’s time for you to focus on you. This is a progressive physical and mindful post-natal recovery, renew and relaxation class. You can, of course, have your baby join you but I recommend you invest this 40 minute class just for you. Nourishing your mind and body. Emily is trained to support clients with birth recovery and complications too, therefore don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns.
